Donnie Russell
Donnie combines a lifelong passion for athletics with extensive experience supporting athletes both on and off the field. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Colby Sawyer College, a Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology from Lock Haven University, and a Master's degree in Counseling from Messiah University.
Throughout his career, Donnie has worked with Division II and Division III collegiate athletics, served as Head Athletic Trainer at Northern York High School, and currently works as a School Counselor. His background as an athletic trainer, counselor, and coach gives him a unique perspective on the mental and emotional challenges athletes face.
Donnie specializes in helping athletes strengthen confidence, manage performance anxiety, navigate injury recovery, build healthy routines, improve self esteem, and develop the mental skills needed to perform at their highest potential. His goal is to help every athlete build resilience, maximize performance, and thrive both in competition and in everyday life.
